Step 1 - Discovery & Understanding
We begin with a free consultation. Depending on the depth of service you require, this could be 15 minutes to one hour. An intimate understanding of your requirements helps us give you unparalleled, customized service. Our goal is to gain familiarity with you and your family members to anticipate short-term and long-term needs.

Once your needs are determined, we will present you with a contract. The contract includes pricing, schedules and a Non Disclosure Agreement if you so choose. Once you sign it and send it back, we can begin!
Consultation RequestStep 3 - Just a Little Bit of paperwork
Digitally that is. After you engage Happy to Help, we will send you a few documents via email to help us best serve your needs, templates for; gift giving, grocery shopping, preferred providers etc. All you need to do is fill them out.Then you will receive the private phone number and email of your assigned concierge. This is where we take over, you sit back and let us help!

Billing happens on the 5th of each month and can be
paid online via credit card. We can also set up
auto-pay for you.
Step 5 - Experience The Amazing Difference with the Happy to Help Team
